1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on rq789. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

2.4 Registration Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration – including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details – is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify rq789 of any changes to your registered details via Account Settings or by contacting support.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). rq789 may require you to provide identity verification documents including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Management

3.1 You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rq789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 rq789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify rq789 support immediately.

3.3 rq789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

3.4 You may request account closure at any time by contacting rq789 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing periods.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 rq789 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, direct bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets placed on rq789 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or market in question. Sport-specific rules, settlement procedures, and void bet conditions are published in the rq789 Help Centre and form part of these Terms.

5.2 rq789 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or where odds or game outcomes were offered in error. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the relevant accounts.

5.3 rq789 may impose maximum stake limits on any market, game, or player account at its sole discretion. These limits are applied as a risk management measure and do not constitute discrimination or penalty.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the rq789 Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software – is the property of rq789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rq789 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rq789 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
